Our robust quality management system (QMS) is the fundamental foundation that underpins our business processes and procedures.

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) – HCL has been audited by the Therapeutic Goods Administration and issued with a licence to perform the manufacturing steps in relation to Secondary Packaging, storage, labelling and release for supply of therapeutic goods.

GWP (Good Wholesaling Practice) – HCL adheres to the TGA’s Code of Good Wholesaling Practice for Medicines in Schedules 2, 3, 4 and 8. HCL is also licensed for the storage of medicinal cannabis therapies

ISO 9001:2015 Certified – HCL as an organisation has met the requirements of ISO 9001 which defines our Quality Management System (QMS).

ISO 13485:2016 & EN ISO 13485:2016 Certified – HCL as an organisation has met the requirements of ISO 13485 which meets the QMS standards for medical devices
