Dilshan works with internal and external stakeholders to provide a high-level of client support and create exceptional value for the Principal, our customers, and the HCL business.
He joined HCL from Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals, where he led the company’s Oceania supply chain and distribution. Prior to this, he supervised GlaxoSmithKline’s Sydney distribution centre.
Dilshan holds a Master of Business (Operations Management) from the University of Western Sydney.
