Paul was appointed as the Head of Quality for HCL in November 2017 and is responsible for managing all licensing, quality and auditing requirements of the business.

Paul was a qualified pharmacist for 26 years, before working in several quality and drug safety roles for major pharmaceutical companies across the USA and Australia. He also spent 6 years working in 3PL healthcare logistics for companies including UPS Healthcare and Toll.

He possesses a Bachelor of Science (Biological Science) from the University of Dallas; a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) from Xavier University; and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida.
