Steve is currently the Head of Operations for HCL Australia responsible for managing the warehouse and transport operations across Australia. Prior to migrating to Australia, he had been a manager at Healthcare Logistics in NZ since 2008 most recently as the National Operations Manager, responsible for managing warehouse and transport operations across New Zealand.

He began his career as a graduate with Exel (now DHL), working his way up to Assistant Site Manager. He then worked for 2 years as a Logistics Associate at Wyeth (now Pfizer) before joining HCL.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
